On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many types of exercise that we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Finally, let's talk about sleeping. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. So, if we want to stay healthy, we must ensure that we get enough sleep.
