We finally came up with some tips to help us be happier and healthier.

We began by looking at what food we eat. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. Fruits and veggies, however, are good for us since they have essential vitamins and mineral that our bodies require.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
